This is a face mask geared toward acne prone skin types. It easy to make, with items from around your house!
Ingredients:
Honey
A couple aspirin tablets (non coated, just plain white aspirin)
OR
Powdered aspirin (either will do)
Water
Directions:
Take 2 or 3 aspirin tablets and put them on a plate. Add a couple drops of water, not to much, just enough to start dissolving the tablets. What a lot of people don't know is that aspirin has salicylic acid it, a common ingredient used to treat acne. Crush up the aspirin tablets and form a paste. If you're using powdered aspirin, just dump a packet on a small plate with a few drops of water and make a paste. Then, add about as much honey as you have aspirin paste and mix together. Honey is very moisturizing so this mask won't dry your face out and it has antibacterial properties so it will kill germs on your face.
Apply the mixture to clean skin. You can either just apply it or rub it in a bit to get some exfoliating in. Leave on for 10-15 min and rinse with warm water. This mask smells a little weird but it works!
There you have it! An easy to make mask. Enjoy!
